Consumption

I remember when I discovered the site Submarino and how it was surreal and scary to buy and pay for Internet purchases and receive at home. But while we can buy without touch the product, we increasingly try it before buying and this is a great niche, especially for marketers. He had read something about experiential marketing and today I read that Apple has launched a section called " Try Before You Buy "where you test the product before consuming it.
Hitchhiking on it, I share this view on the revolution in the way we consume with the advent of Web 2.0. In the same text, has a link to another text, fine, called " Consumer 2.0: They want to know everything about you . " There, just that comment, that way we consume has changed and that companies need to know to monitor and understand such changes.
From there, I asked myself the same way that we consumers want to know more about the organizations that "interact" with people, organizations in general can also learn "everything" about us? Does all the information exchanged on the Internet may be monitored? Was researching this I found this text on "net neutrality":
"The main concept of this idea is that the Internet is a democratic medium, and all information that travels through it are treated the same way, always at the same speed, available to any Internet user. Every site should and can be accessed in the same way, just like any online service or application connected. Net neutrality basically means that any content on the Internet should be equally accessible to any person without interference to traffic online. "
